A
travel from a town of Lima (Huarochiri) called Carhuapampa trekking
following the great QHAPAQÑAN
(Inca Road),
passing by rivers and lagoons, camping close to the Archaeological
Center of the Royal home.. In the second day we go to the Inca
stairs formed by near 2000 steps, camping in this place. Third day
: We go up the Inca stairs in direction of Portachuelo
mountain and finally we go to Jauja, the First Historical Capital of
New Castilla, by car.

Description
of the Route :
Beginning of the event in
Friday Meeting
at 9,30 p.m. We leave from Lima City to the
direction of Jauja City - Junín
First
day (Saturday )
In Jauja we will take the vehicle which transport us near the beginning of
the Inca way, we will stop in Pachacayo for having a light breakfast, courtesy
of aventura4000. Near there we will visit the Archeological Center "Corivinchos",
Continuing the ascent to arrive to Portachuelo,
place where Inca Trail trekking begins (11.30), passing by lagoons
and rivers, descent by the Inca stairs of near 2000 steps and
we will visit
the cave of Cuchimachay , place where we will have our first camp.
Second
day (Sunday) Route: Ascent to observe the snow-covered "Apu Pariacccacca
Peak" continuing by the Inca way to by Culebrayoc
ravine going across the stone bridge , Inca construction arriving at Atarhuay, place of beautiful
water falls (second camp)
Third
day ( Monday
Closing the camp, we leave at 7 a.m. We begin the trekking bordering the wonderful
Mullococha lagoon, full of mystery and legends of the Andean
cosmovision.
11,30 :Visit at the archaeological center of Pirca pirca, mysterious
and undiscovered place and at 2pm we will take the vehicle to return to the city of Jauja
(Time of arrival pproximately 7,30 p.m)
