This is a wonderful VirtualDub Mod made by fccHandler which adds MPEG-2 support for VirtualDub, as well as direct AC3 support (through the use of a52dec). This will allow you to directly open VOB files in VirtualDub, and convert or serve them to anywhere, without the need to use external tools such as AviSynth/DVD2AVI/VFAPI etc. Note that this does not support concatenated VOBs. Of course you can use it to open SVCD video files with MPEG audio, too.

This is the latest VirtualDubMod CVS release, with some additions and fixes since the "official" 1.5.1.1a release, and with ASF support enabled, too. Remember that you'll need to get the full DLL package (including the patched avisynth.dll) from the project homepage.

This is a MP3 encoder which forked from Lame project and has been heavily optimized, with most functions rewritten in assembly. The current build has optimizations for SSE/SSE2/3D Now! as well as SMP. There is also a spanish GUI written by Feņiz suitable for this version, as well as a japanese GUI.

This is an update of the ISO plugin for Total Commander by Sergey Oblomov, made by me, which adds support for direct reading of BIN, IMG (CloneCD) and NRG (Nero) images. It also supports Mode2 content (such as those on VCD and XCD) so you can extract these files directly from the image.
