CIVES FOUNDATION is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose slogan is: ORGANIZATION OF PUBLIC GOOD THAT WORK FOR BY PEACE, THE PROGRESS AND THE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT”.

The Organization initiates its activietes from the granting of its Legal Function and position of agent July 12 of the 2001 (FILE N° 300-100-01/DECREE N° 3705-G-01) and undfolds its main services in the field of: ALTERNATIVE CONFLICTS RESOLUTION, HORIZONTAL PROPERTY, BROKERAGE, INSURANCES and PEACE.

¿What is an NGO? *

A non-governmental organization (NGO) is any non-profit, voluntary citizens' group which is organized on a local, national or international level. Task-oriented and driven by people with a common interest, NGOs perform a variety of services and humanitarian functions, bring citizens' concerns to Governments, monitor policies and encourage political participation at the community level. They provide analysis and expertise, serve as early warning mechanisms and help monitor and implement international agreements. Some are organized around specific issues, such as human rights, the environment or health. Their relationship with offices and agencies of the United Nations System differs depending on their goals, their venue and their mandate.

Incorporation Papers and Statutes - Primary Targets

In agreement arranged by incorporation Papers and the Statutes of the Foundation, wi will mention the main points to consider, in agreement with the paid attention objectives:

Training center, promotion, development and investigation by peace.

Promotion and diffusion of the principles and basic values of the humanism.

To foment average the destined one to the socio-cultural development of the people.

To stimulate and to generate the formation of ocal leaders, like social agent beneficiary of the community in which he is inserted.

To promote and to spread alternating means for the pacific resolution of disputes, like non adversarial system to solve conflicts (Methods ACR or ADR).

Creation of the Center of Communitarian Mediation.

To extend the field from the mediation to other areas that they require of its incorporation, reaching gradually to scholastic, familiar, enterprise, mercantile, labor, union, international mediation, and others.

To work in the field of the horizontal property, compatible brokerage, insurances, and other areas.

Creation of the Consultative Organism and its technical area, like active policy of aid to the citizen, in tie subjects with the previous point.
