The Institute of Qualification, Education and Investigation Professional (ICEI), intends the study, planning, evaluation, creation and integration of diverse educative means destined to the formation and qualification of the interested ones, within the areas and thematic of boarding of the Foundation, dictating its own instructive programs, like thus also acting by agreement with other organizations for the skilled dictation and/or of such, in the agreement with the institutional objectives, and within the frame in the agreement. ICEI is constituted to offer a service more in the field of education and for the sake of making possible the access to the learning. Also one stands out in the objective production of investigativ material in the compatible areas, on the part of the collaborating professionals of the organization, helping with other institutions, public or deprived, that to their requirement ask for the elaboration of projects to be applied within their sphere of action -
