This proposal, outlines in a direct way "to educate indeed for the work". Leaving of the "systematizing of the own work" and of the knowledge of the "operative conduction" of the industrial processes in that I have participated, it goes back to those "Conceptual Principles for the Planning of the Reorganization of the Processes Lower Control" (February 1988).

PHILOFACTURE (December 29^th, 1999)

Virtue, disposition and industry that tries to discover, for the exercise of the intellectual abilities; the essence, qualities and relations of the systematized conduction of the work or produced matter by the understanding, making it real and effective to the obtaining of some objetive.

Teaching that is given or acquired and/or that somehow instructs or gives example and experience on the work or produced matter by the understanding.

Made matter, produced and managed with affection; for which, the spirit looks for the true or imaginary comfort, and that it is desirable to enjoy.

From the perspective of the industrial sector (May 4^th, 1998), I pass to the educational systems in the universal expert that it is necessary "to educate for the life" (Oct. 12^th, 2001); rising, in general, the levels of competitiveness, involving the participant in the "systematizing of their own studies" (knowledge of the operative reality of the own learning), "realizations" (knowledge of the operative reality of the integrative work), "affections" (Work made with Love) and "dreams" (The Good Adventure of the Existence).
